I was able to find everything I needed quickly, which made the whole experience really smooth. Checkout was simple enough and didn’t take much time at all. it was such a relief to get in, get what I needed, and be done without any stress.

I had an issue with my sugarwish delivery and was fully prepared for the usual customer service obstacle course, because apparently that’s a hobby now. But nope, they actually handled it quickly. They offered a refund and helped set up a replacement, and the person I dealt with was friendly and didn’t make everything weirdly complicated. happy with how they took care of it.
